Have you ever admired heavily textured art yarns and wondered how to get started making some yourself? Or have you wanted gorgeous batts to use for a felting project but not known how to make them? In this class, we will be learning how to use a drum carder to create gorgeous art batts that are full of color and texture out of various fibers and mix-ins. You'll be able to use many different types of fiber in a myriad of colors as well as mix-ins ranging from angelina (fiber glitter) and strands of sari silk to feathers and yarn clippings to create your own one-of-a-kind art batt!
