Learn how to use purchased cord or more importantly, how to cover you own cord with the fabric of your choice,to make frogs , knots and closures. These knots/ frogs can be used as a practical way to close a garment or an element of embellishment. We will learn how to cut bias fabric and cover any type of string, clothes line cord or the type of cording used for piping in upholstery. We will learn some basic knots and frogs and explore some creative ways to design our own and how to use them. 

Level: Beginning

Materials Fee: 15-20 dollars for various cording and bias fabric choices

Students should bring: Scissors, needle and thread and a fabric that they may want to use.
