Simple Garments from Handmade Patterns

Using a garment that you already love and that fits you well, we'll learn how to draft a simple pattern and make a similar garment from knit fabrics. 

 MATERIALS FEE 5 dollars: pattern paper, serger, pins, sharpies.

What to bring/how to dress: A simple garment you want to replicate, sewing scissors, pins, a serger (if you have one), 2-4 yards of knit fabric (depending on how large your garment is and how many you want to make). Note: a simple t-shirt or skirt is best for this class... no buttons or zippers.
